Because of supporters like you, Bunks Across America 2026 was our biggest nationwide bed-building event yet.
From September 5–12, communities across the country came together with one shared mission: making sure NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!®
Here’s what we accomplished together:
• 10,602 beds built for children in need
• 17,761 volunteers rolled up their sleeves across the country
• 232 Sleep in Heavenly Peace chapters hosted build events nationwide
• Hundreds of communities united to give thousands of children a safe, comfortable place to sleep
Every board sanded, every screw drilled, and every bed delivered means a child can sleep safely tonight.
We also want to thank our incredible national partners, including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Jockey, Ashley Furniture Industries, and the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL), whose volunteers helped make this year’s event possible in communities across America.
